By creating an account or submitting an application you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and the product disclosures presented at selection.
Eligibility and account limits
Consumer products require you to be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident and able to complete identity verification. Business products require a registered U.S. entity and a verified authorized representative.
Each customer may hold a maximum of two consumer tradeline accounts and two business tradeline accounts. This limit is enforced by our systems and attempts to circumvent it may result in account closure.
Payments
Each product carries a fixed monthly payment consisting of the product installment plus a disclosed finance charge. Payments are due on the scheduled date. Failed payments may result in suspension of reporting or closure of the account.
No guarantees
NA-TEL DATA does not guarantee any credit-score change, credit-limit increase, funding, or approval by any lender or creditor. Our products are not loans or lines of credit extended for general spending.
Termination
We may suspend or close accounts for non-payment, failed verification, suspected fraud, duplicate identities or violation of these terms.
This document is managed through the NA-TEL DATA content system and can be replaced with NA-TEL INC's final approved legal text by an administrator without a code change.
